hiya baji Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform

1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and hiya baji ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the hiya baji website, mobile interface, gaming products, sports betting services, promotional offers, and any other services made available at hiya-baji.com and its associated sub-domains.

By completing the registration process, clicking any "I Agree" or equivalent confirmation, accessing any game or betting market, or making a deposit, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in its entirety and agree to be bound by all terms stated herein. If you do not accept these terms, you must not register an account or use any hiya baji service.

hiya baji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the email address on their account. Your continued use of the platform following any such notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for updates.

These Terms & Conditions should be read in conjunction with hiya baji's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion terms applicable to bonuses or tournaments you participate in. All such documents are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of hiya baji is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are 18 years of age or older. hiya baji enforces a strict 18+ policy across all services without exception.
• You are accessing the platform on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, consultant, director, or officer of hiya baji, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are not using any automated system, bot, script, or other non-human means to access or interact with the platform.
• You have not previously had a hiya baji account suspended or permanently closed for a breach of these Terms.

hiya baji targets the Bangladesh market and is designed for players accessing the platform from Bangladesh. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of hiya baji complies with any laws applicable to them in their jurisdiction. hiya baji makes no representation that its services are legal or available in any specific jurisdiction outside Bangladesh.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money gaming and betting services on hiya baji, you must register a player account. The following rules govern the registration and maintenance of your account:

1. One account per person: Each individual may register and maintain only one account on hiya baji. Holding multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
2. Accurate information: You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and mobile number. Providing false information constitutes fraud and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
3. Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. hiya baji will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You must notify hiya baji immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
4. Verification: hiya baji may request identity verification documents at any point — including during registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following unusual account activity. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawals or the account itself.
5. Account currency: All accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). This cannot be changed after registration.

hiya baji reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason for refusal.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

hiya baji supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All financial transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account balance.
• Deposit processing time: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your hiya baji balance within an average of 60 seconds following confirmation from the payment provider. Visa and Mastercard deposits may take up to 15 minutes.
• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.
• Withdrawal processing time: Standard withdrawal requests are processed by hiya baji within 15 to 30 minutes of submission, subject to identity verification status and any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds.
• Withdrawal method: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. hiya baji reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Transaction limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly transaction limits apply and may vary by account tier and VIP status. Current limits are displayed within your account settings.
• No third-party payments: You may only deposit from and withdraw to payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Payments from or to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will be returned where possible, with the associated account flagged for review.

hiya baji does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile money provider (bKash, Nagad, etc.) or card issuer may apply their own transaction fees, for which hiya baji bears no responsibility.

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

hiya baji offers bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to eligible registered players. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual offer:

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, the default wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount.
• Eligible games: Not all games on hiya baji contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games and sports bets typically contribute 100% of the staked amount. Slots may contribute between 50% and 100% depending on the specific title. This is detailed in individual promotion terms.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the stated validity period. Once expired, the bonus amount and any winnings generated from it will be removed from the account balance.
• One bonus at a time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms. Opting into a new promotion while another is active may result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Welcome bonus eligibility: The hiya baji welcome bonus is available to new players making their first deposit only. Players who have previously held an account on hiya baji — including accounts that have been closed — are not eligible for the welcome offer.
• Abuse prevention: hiya baji monitors bonus activity across all accounts. Any behaviour considered to constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk betting patterns designed to clear wagering requirements while minimising variance — may result in the cancellation of the bonus, reversal of associated winnings, and suspension of the account.

hiya baji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed an offer in progress will not be retroactively affected by a withdrawal of that specific offer, but future eligibility for related promotions may be adjusted.

6. User Obligations

By using hiya baji, you agree to the following obligations and represent that your conduct on the platform will comply with them at all times:

• You will use the platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. Commercial exploitation of hiya baji's games, odds, or infrastructure is strictly prohibited.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, disassemble, decompile, or otherwise gain access to the source code of any software forming part of the hiya baji platform.
• You will not use any software tool, bot, script, crawler, spider, or automated process to interact with the hiya baji platform in place of, or in conjunction with, manual human interaction.
• You will not engage in any form of collusion with other players — including sharing game state information in real time during live casino sessions — with the intent of gaining an unfair advantage.
• You will not use hiya baji's services for any money laundering or other financial crime purpose. hiya baji is required to report suspicious financial activity and cooperates with law enforcement agencies as required by applicable law.
• You will not attempt to make deposits or withdrawals using payment credentials belonging to another person, regardless of whether that person has consented.
• You will not engage in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward hiya baji's customer support team or other platform users.
• You will not publish, reproduce, or commercially distribute any content owned by hiya baji — including game assets, odds data, promotional material, or platform design elements — without prior written consent.

Breach of any user obligation listed above constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and entitles hiya baji to suspend or permanently close your account, withhold or forfeit any balance, and pursue legal remedies where appropriate.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

hiya baji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may lead to account action include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or at any subsequent point
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe upon request
• Suspected involvement in fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity
• Chargebacks initiated against hiya baji deposits without prior contact with support
• Use of automated software tools or bots on the platform
• Bonus abuse or any behaviour determined to constitute deliberate exploitation of promotional offers
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, hiya baji will endeavour to complete the review and communicate its outcome within 14 days. During a suspension, access to the account and any funds held within it will be restricted.

Players who wish to close their own account may do so at any time by contacting hiya baji support at [email protected]. Any remaining balance in good standing (i.e., not subject to pending wagering requirements or investigation) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 5 to 10 business days of the closure confirmation.

8. Limitation of Liability

hiya baji provides its platform and services on an "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure continuous, high-quality service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical failures, third-party infrastructure outages, and circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary service interruption.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hiya baji's total liability to any player arising from or in connection with this Agreement — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

hiya baji expressly excludes liability for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, winnings, or anticipated savings arising from any service interruption or technical error
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind
• Any bets or wagers placed during a period of documented system malfunction, where game outcomes may be declared void
• Any financial loss arising from a player's failure to secure their account credentials, leading to unauthorised account access by a third party
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude hiya baji's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Gambling involves financial risk. Players acknowledge that they may lose the funds they deposit and that hiya baji bears no responsibility for gambling-related financial losses.
